PENKALA

Penkalin životni opus obuhvaća preko 80-tak izuma s područja mehanike, kemije i fizike.

Kroz dinamične igrane scene i dražesne avanture transportirat će nas u vrijeme provcvata Hrvatske kulture i znanosti.

OPERATION STORM LED TO THE END OF THE WAR IN CROATIA AND BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA

This feature length documentary film focuses on the final decisive battle of the Croatian War for Independence (1995) and the unsubstantiated charges of international war crimes brought by the Hague Tribunal against Croatia.

This remarkable Croatian military liberation operation "Storm" led to the return of most Croatian territory occupied and seized by Serbian terrorists and Chetniks in the recent war (1991-1995). The success of Operation Storm eliminated the risk of mass genocide by the enemy had the city of Bihac in Bosnia and Herzegovina fallen, thus preventing the threat of a new Srebrenica. Most importantly, it allowed for the Dayton Agreement to be signed, ending the war and initiating the peace process in the former Yugoslav Republics.  Bihac, with its 150,000 residents, veterans, refugees and displaced persons was a designated UN safe zone, as was the city of Srebrenica.  After the Srebrenica massacre, in which the Serbian army and Chetniks ignored that status and killed close to 8,000 men, women and children in two days, the Serbian army directed all its efforts toward the city of Bihac with the same goal.  This documentary film clarifies the role of the Croatian army and its commanders, Generals Ante Gotovina and Mladen Markac, in this little-known episode that prevented a massive humanitarian disaster.  The film demonstrates that Croatia, along with its army and generals, deserve commendation from the world community, if not a Nobel Peace Prize, but instead had to fight a long battle in The Hague to clear its name.

Fiume Black - Redly Rijeka

Documentary film series " F.C.C.R. Fiume Black - Redly Rijeka " by screenwriter and director Vanja Vinković. The series "F.C.C.R. Fiume Black - Redly Rijeka" in six 50-minute episodes reveals the origins of totalitarian ideologies and movements who ruled the European continent during the twentieth century, where Central Europe, to which Croatia belonged, was systematically destroyed by both undemocratic and inhumane authorities. The consequences of totalitarian regimes, albeit of varying duration, will be analyzed by expert, scientific facts, substantiated statements and credible testimonies of participants in historical events that marked the Rijeka history of the last hundred years - from the foundation of the first totalitarian state, fascist occupation, Bolshevik movement, Nazi administration, communist revolution and the collapse of the socialist system (1945-1990), the struggle for independence of the Croatian state and resistance to the Serbian aggression in the Homeland War (1991-1995), the unfinished and / or missing transitional procedures, Euro-Atlantic alliances, to the totalitarian challenges of our time and to Rijeka as the European Capital of Culture 2020.
